In response to the current COVID-19 situation, the Division of Workers’ Compensation is postponing the April, May, and June penalty payments for those employers who are in a periodic payment agreement. However, if an employer wants to continue making its scheduled monthly payments, please submit a cashier’s check or money order payable to W.C. Admin Trust Fund, along with Stop-Work Order Number or Invoice Number, if known, and mail the payment to:
