About the Division
The Division of Insurance Consumer Services advocates for consumers with insurance concerns, from supplying general educational materials to answering specific questions related to their policy. When disaster strikes and consumers are at their most vulnerable, the Division of Consumer Services is there to help.

Preference will be given to applicants with working experience as an insurance representative, insurance agent or insurance adjuster for an insurance agency, insurance company or insurance regulatory agency.
A degree in risk management from a credited college/university may be considered as a substitute for experience.
