The Department of Financial Services serves as the Receiver of any insurer placed into receivership in Florida. The Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation plans, coordinates and directs the receivership processes on behalf of the Department.

NOTICE TO MICHIGAN CLAIMANTS:
Michigan claimants need to go to the Michigan Property & Casualty Guaranty Association website at http://www.mpcga.com/claim_information/ and complete a Statement of Claim Form and the Workers' Compensation Questionnaire in order for the guaranty association to begin processing their claims.
