  • National Association of Insurance Commissioners
    The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is the organization of insurance regulators from each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the five U.S. territories. The NAIC provides a forum for the development of uniform policy when uniformity is appropriate.

  • National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations
    The National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations (NOLHGA) is a voluntary organization of life and health guaranty associations of all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. Guaranty associations, by law, provide a safety net for policyholders in the event of a life and health insurance company insolvency.

  • National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds
    The National Conference of Insurance Guaranty Funds (NCIGF) is a nonprofit association incorporated in December 1989 and is designed to provide national assistance and support to the property and casualty guaranty funds located in each of the 50 states, as well as Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.
