On this page, you can view prior disciplinary orders issued against any individual or business licensed pursuant to Chapter 497, Florida Statutes. You can access this information to be informed of a licensee’s disciplinary history.
The Division of Administrative Hearings has been statutorily designated as the official database of administrative final orders for all agencies as of July 1, 2015.
