State of Florida Modernization

The State of Florida is modernizing our accounting processes.   In January 2027, we are moving to a new accounting system, known as Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (Florida PALM) and expanding our new payee onboarding system, known as the Florida Integrated Payee System (FLIPS). 

Teams with every State Agency have been working hard to prepare for this exciting upgrade!  Deployment activities begin in December 2026.   These new technology platforms will bring many positive changes to the State of Florida, the agencies using the accounting system, and the businesses and people we serve.
