Please note: There will be a short timeframe when changes to direct deposit information will not be accepted. Direct deposit payment information can be cancelled at any time. After Florida PALM is implemented in January 2027, new direct deposit information can be accepted through FRS Online. Retirees who cancel direct deposit during this time will receive payments by paper check.
