If you have forgotten your CPS password and you are the primary contact in CPS for the Insurer or the TPA, or you have your own subaccount, then log into CPS using your User ID and enter any password, and click the “Forgot Password?" link which will appear below the login box. CPS will automatically email you (to your email address on the Profile) a temporary password. If you do not have a Profile set up in CPS, please contact the appropriate Insurance Administrator.
