The Department of Financial Services, Division of Accounting and Auditing is implementing a payment registration system, named Florida Integrated Payee System (FLIPS). FLIPS will be a central location where payees will provide Form W9 information and provide payment remittance information.  Additionally, enrollment to receive payments via ACH will be requested in FLIPS.  FLIPS will replace the DFS W9 website and the Vendor Payment History Website.
