MONTHLY MAILERS
The New Hire Card* is mailed to all new employees of the State of Florida. It is intended to promote enrolling in the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan.

The One Year Not Enrolled Card* is mailed to all current State of Florida employees that have been employed for one year and have not enrolled in the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan. It is intended to promote enrolling in the Plan.

The One Year Enrolled Card* is mailed to Florida Deferred Compensation Plan Participants that have been enrolled in the Plan for one year. It is intended to encourage increasing contributions to the Plan.

The New Participant Card* is mailed to all new Participants of the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan. It is intended as a welcome to the Plan and provides key information about the Plan.

The Left Employment Card* is mailed to former State of Florida employees that are Florida Deferred Compensation Plan Participants and have left employment in the previous month. It is intended to encourage leaving funds in the Plan and give insight about their options.

DROP MAILERS
The Entering DROP Card* is mailed to State of Florida employees that have recently joined the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP). It is intended to encourage enrolling in the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan (non-Participants) or increasing contributions to the Plan (current Participants).

The Three Months to DROP Exit Card* is mailed to State of Florida employees that are about three (3) months away from exiting the DROP. It is intended to encourage enrolling in the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan to rollover their DROP accumulation into the Plan after finishing the DROP.

The Two Months to DROP Exit Card* is mailed to State of Florida employees that are about two (2) months away from exiting the DROP. It is intended to encourage enrolling in the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan to rollover their DROP accumulation into the Plan after finishing the DROP.

The One Month to DROP Exit Card* is mailed to State of Florida employees that are about one (1) month away from exiting the DROP. It is intended to encourage enrolling in the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan to rollover their DROP accumulation into the Plan after finishing the DROP.

The Annual DROP Letter* is sent to all State of Florida employees enrolled in the Deferred Retirement Option Program (DROP). It is intended as a reminder that State employees can still contribute to the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan during the DROP and can rollover their DROP accumulation into the Plan after finishing the DROP.

QUARTERLY MAILERS
The Quarterly Restart Card* is mailed to any Florida Deferred Compensation Plan Participants whose contributions were stopped during the previous quarter. It is intended to encourage Participants to restart their contributions to the Plan.
