The Florida Deferred Compensation Plan's Educational Workshops for Employees are available in-person, as a webinar, or a combination of both in-person and webinar, with a presentation that is approximately one hour. Employees attending an in-person presentation will have time to meet the IP representatives who can assist with new enrollments, existing account changes, and any other inquiries regarding the Plan and its benefits. Employees attending via webinar will be provided information on how to contact regional IP representatives for one-on-one assessments. In addition, a representative from the Bureau of Deferred Compensation can be requested to speak at an agency's event.
Employers can request certain printed Publications from the Bureau of Deferred Compensation. These publications are designed to educate employees about the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan and to notify Plan Participants of updated investment information and administrative changes that occur to the Plan.
