Proof of Coverage EDI

Proof of Coverage (POC) data is submitted to the Division of Workers' Compensation according to the International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) National Standard. The POC data provides policy information on employers who are located in Florida or have exposure.

With the exception of self-insurers, every insurer is required to file policy information with the Division for the filings listed below. For specific requirements, reference Rule 69L-56, F.A.C.

  • Notices of Reinstatement
  • Endorsements
  • Cancellations
