The timeline for 2324-01 RCP RM, MBR Services, has been updated and the changes are highlighted below. The Department reserves the right to modify this timeline by posting addenda on the Department’s Website. It is the responsibility of the Respondent to check the Department’s Website on a regular basis for such addenda.

Medical Bill Review Services
The purpose of this
Request for Contract Proposals (RCP) is to solicit responses from companies that are qualified and capable of providing effective and efficient Medical Bill Review (MBR) Services.
The procurement of MBR services is exempt from the competitive solicitation requirements
of Chapter 287, Florida Statutes (F.S.), pursuant to section 287.057(3)(e)5., F.S.
The primary scope of services that are being solicited under this RCP is MBR Services as described in Attachment 2, Statement of Work, of this RCP.
POINT OF CONTACT: This is the sole point of contact from the date of release of this solicitation until selection of a respondent. All procedural questions and requests for clarification of this solicitation shall be submitted
