Design Meetings - A series of meetings to review business process models and final designs

Throughout the Design Phase, the Project will host a series of meetings to review updated business process models and final Designs. The Design Phase is broken into four segments.
During each segment, the Florida PALM Advisory Council is responsible for reviewing the updated/proposed final business process models. The review meetings will be the last opportunity for agency feedback before business process models are finalized.
After each segment completes, the Project will share final design plans with all agencies through a series of Design Workshops. The workshops will share the final business process models and associated interface files, conversion layouts, and reports, and will address the “how to” functionality in Florida PALM.

The timeline below represents the four segments of our Design Phase.

Scheduled meetings will also be listed here and on the Meetings & Workshops page.
