Employees' Information Center (EIC)
The EIC provides current and former state employees the ability to make inquiries into their payroll information. This includes:
- Current W-4 information
- Five years of earnings statements, W-2 forms and reimbursements (i.e. travel and flexible benefits)
- Verification of eligibility for tuition waiver program
- Electronic W-2 registration for faster and more secure access to tax information.
Employees must register and accept all terms and conditions within the EIC website to receive W-2 forms electronically.
Did you know that through People First you can request that your salary be deposited directly into your bank account? Access the Employee Information tab, select Personal Information, and finally Direct Deposit. This will allow you to start, change or stop your Direct Deposit information. Please visit the People First website for more information.
If you cannot complete your EFT request through People First, complete the Direct Deposit Authorization form. Be sure to include a copy of a valid government issued ID with the form.
To start, stop, or change direct deposit for retirement payments, log into the online Direct Deposit application at the Florida Retirement Services (FRS) Online log in screen.

Tuition Waiver Program
The State of Florida Employee Educational Assistance Program allows each state university and community college to waive tuition and fees for state employees to enroll in up to 6 credit hours of courses per term. However, participation is subject to space-availability. Each university and community college is responsible for advising state employees of those particular courses for which they do not permit the use of the waiver.
