Technical Collaboration

The Project uses highly interactive meetings, workshops, and workgroups to engage and collaborate with Project stakeholders (e.g., Agency Coordinators and Subject Matter Experts). The goal of the Project’s Technical collaboration efforts center around the development and communication of Technical Business Requirements and strategies that adhere to the Project’s architectural principles:

  1. Presume Data Openness;
  2. Secure Enterprise Data;
  3. Centralize Core Functions;
  4. Federate Non-Core Functions;
  5. Enable Fast Decisions;
  6. Avoid Duplication; and
  7. Focus on Sustainability.
