Temporary Partial Disability Benefits Per Week
The amount of this disability benefit is determined by multiplying
the injured worker’s Average Weekly Wage (AWW) by 80%, subtracting
any gross wages earned working light duty, and multiplying that
number by 80%. The benefit is limited to the maximum compensation
weekly amount allowed by law.
This benefit is payable for as long as you are in a temporary light
duty work status, for up to 104 weeks (including any weeks of
temporary total benefits), or until you have reached Maximum Medical
Improvement (MMI), whichever occurs earlier.
