We're midway through hurricane season and have been very fortunate not to have endured any storms.  Sadly though, some Floridians have been hit by another type of disaster...bogus health insurance.

We continue to see patterns of health insurance scams that rob consumers of their hard-earned money and also leave them uncovered in the event that medical care is needed.  Some agents unknowingly engage in this type of activity, which is why we continue to stress the importance of Verify Before You Sell!!
