SUBJECT: Expenditures Related To Hurricane Charley

This memorandum is to advise agencies of a conference call scheduled for August 18, 2004, at 2:00 pm to address expenditure guidelines related to Hurricane Charley. The Division of Emergency Management and the Department of Financial Services will be participating in the call. Agency representatives from the budget and finance and accounting areas are encouraged to participate. The call-in number for the conference call is 850-487-4411.

Please note that all requests for payments relating to Hurricane Charley should be clearly identified as being related to the hurricane. These invoices should not be vouchered with non-hurricane related invoices. Additionally, in order to expedite payment, the invoice reconciliation number for invoices processed through MyFloridaMarketPlace should be submitted electronically to Suzette Harris.
