Beginning this month a PIN is no longer required to access the claims database. Simply click on the "claims database" option. Changes to the information displayed on the database have been made pursuant to Sections 440.125 and 626.9651, Florida Statutes and Rule 4-128, Florida Administrative Code. In complying with these mandates certain information relating to personal financial or health information is no longer disclosed.
