Timely Submitted DWC-13 – Claim Cost Report to the Division
Statute 440.185(5), F.S. requires reports with respect to the injury
and the conditions and Statute 440.51(7), F.S. requires the
reporting of accumulated cost records of all injuries occurring
within the state on a policy and calendar year basis. Administrative
Rule 69L-3.016, F.A.C., defines the filing time frames for the Claim
Cost Report (DWC-13) with the Division.
