Timely Payments of Indemnity Benefits to the Injured Worker
Statute 440.20(8)(b), F.S., sets the minimum performance standard
for the timely payment of compensation at 95% for payments due on or
after October 1, 2003. Prior to this date, the minimum performance
standard was set at 90%.
