Benefits and Administration Trust Fund Penalties Improper Filing Practices 4L-24.023

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed language is to state that late filing penalties apply to late filed electronic and paper submissions, and establishes criteria regarding the determination of whether a first report of injury or illness electronic filing submitted to the Division is timely.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Penalties for late-filed submissions regarding workers’ compensation claims.
