PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and
effect of the proposed language is to
state that late filing penalties apply
to late filed electronic and paper
submissions, and establishes criteria
regarding the determination of whether a
first report of injury or illness
electronic filing submitted to the
Division is timely.
