Offices
Planning & Process Improvement
We are charged with the development of a comprehensive strategic plan. We aid
the Department by recommending continual improvement of our processes and
producing results through strategic thinking, careful planning, facilitation,
and cooperation. We believe one of our responsibilities is to cultivate
partnership and collaboration. Our services include process improvement and
re-engineering; problem solving; team facilitation; business process mapping;
performance measurement; survey design; research & data analysis; and dashboard
development.
Our responsibilities include the facilitation and support of our enterprise
project portfolio. We provide certified project managers to facilitate
enterprise projects. Our services include mentoring, coaching, training and
support to project teams using project management methodology and tools; quality
assurance; assistance in the development and review of procurement and
governance documentation; maintenance of standardized project management
methodology, processes, and tools.
Office of Learning & Development
The mission of the Office of Learning & Development is to provide learning and
development solutions that are mission-specific, cost-effective, innovative and
positively impact the business performance of the Department's employees,
stakeholders, and partners. The Office utilizes a comprehensive approach which
offers new and innovative learning opportunities while coordinating and
assisting the various ongoing Division-level training programs already in place
within the Agency. Our services include learning event coordination, planning,
scheduling and assistance; a learning Intranet Hub; personality assessments such
as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and True Colors; conflict resolution style
assessments; consultation and evaluation; Academy of Leadership Excellence
internship program; Customer Excellence Track; Organization Excellence Track;
Personal Excellence Track and the Leadership Excellence Program.
