Office of Policy, Research, and Legislative Affairs

The Office of Policy, Research, and Legislative Affairs is responsible for advancing public policy efforts on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer. The office performs economic analyses, presents policy briefings, coordinates the development of department legislative issues, secures sponsors for department initiatives, provides timely analysis of bills and coordinates testimony before committees. Staff also assists legislators and legislative staff in resolving constituent inquiries.
