About Us
The Office of Communications serves as the Chief Financial Officer's liaison
with the news media.
As the primary contact for journalists interested in the CFO's activities,
the office provides information to reporters regarding the CFO's initiatives and
responsibilities of the Department of Financial Services. The Office of
Communications prepares and disseminates news releases and newsletters, manages
social media and coordinates press conferences on behalf of the CFO.

Team
- Alexis Lambert, Press Secretary - Serves as the primary spokesperson
for the CFO and the Department of Financial Services and coordinates the
dissemination of news releases and other media-related materials.
- Anna A. Alexopoulos, Public Affairs Liaison - Coordinates online and
social media communications and assists with external affairs for the office.
- Chan Leonard, Public Information & Web Specialist - Coordinates with
the Division of Information Services to translate agency priorities and
initiatives into multimedia- and internet-ready formats.
- Carol MacMillan, Marketing, Web, IRMAG - Coordinates agency print and
Web content along with information resource duties for Capitol offices.
