Insurance Fraud
The Division of Insurance Fraud enforces the criminal laws of Florida in relation to insurance transactions. Investigators are certified law enforcement officers with the
authority to bear arms and make arrests. The division serves and safeguards the public and businesses in Florida against acts of insurance fraud and the resulting impact those
crimes have on taxpayers, personally and financially.

Bureau of Workers Compensation Fraud
Bureau conducts investigations of alleged criminal acts of workers' compensation fraud to include claims fraud, premium fraud, and instances where employers have allegedly
failed to secure workers' compensation insurance coverage for their employees as required by Florida Statute 440.

Bureau of Crime Intelligence and Analytical Support
Crime intelligence analysis focuses on the identification and enrollment of offenders into the records management system, identifying investigative leads regarding the
relationships between entities of interest and the flow of commodities, money, events, and produce matrices, link charts, flow charts and other analytical products.
