officers with the authority to bear arms and make arrests. The division serves

Florida and monitors case activity.

Bureau of Workers' Compensation Fraud
Bureau conducts investigations of alleged criminal acts of workers' compensation
fraud to include claims fraud, premium fraud, and instances where employers have
allegedly failed to secure workers' compensation insurance coverage for their
employees as required by Florida Statute 440.
