FIRE INVESTIGATOR II REFERENCE MATERIALS

To receive the Fire Investigator II Certificate of Competency, the applicant must submit the required application (Form DFS-K4-1439, the current processing fee (Form DFS-K4-1019), the Personal Inquiry Waiver (Form DFS-K4-1020) and documentation of successful completion of the following courses:
