the insurance companies. Access for
inspection shall be given, during normal
reasonable hours, to any place of public
assembly in the State
of Florida.
Public assembly

apartment complexes, dry cleaners, laundromats,
and other locations open to the
general public.

Certificate validity: The
Certificate of Compliance for a high
pressure boiler is valid for one (1) year.
The Certificate of Compliance
for a low pressure boiler is valid for two (2) years.
Periodic Maintenance and Testing:
The owner or user of an automatic
boiler system should set up a formal system
of periodic preventive maintenance and
testing. Tests should be conducted on a
regular basis and the results recorded in a
boiler log.

If your boiler has never been inspected,
please contact the Boiler Section to arrange
