How do I file a new claim or check on the status of a pending claim?

No. To the extent possible, claims will be processed in the ordinary course of business.
How much will be paid on my claim?
The company’s rehabilitation status should not affect the payments on your claim. The adjuster on your claim will contact you about any disbursements or claim payments.
There is a lawsuit being brought against me for bills that Superior Insurance Company should have paid. What should I do?
