Superior Guaranty Insurance Company

Superior Guaranty Insurance Company ("Superior Guaranty") is a Florida property and casualty insurer. Superior Guaranty is a subsidiary corporation of Superior Insurance Company (“SIC”), another Florida insurer that was placed in receivership for purposes of rehabilitation on August 29, 2003.  Superior Guaranty is not in receivership.  However, the Florida Department of Financial Services, as the court appointed Receiver of the parent corporation, SIC, is managing the company.  Superior Guaranty primarily provides private passenger automobile insurance.  The company is licensed only in Florida. The records of the company are currently located in Tallahassee, Florida.  There are no in-force policies.
