How do I file a claim against IMSC?
At this point, the only way to file a claim against the IMSC estate is to complete and submit a proof of claim form. There is no guaranty association coverage for service contracts.

General creditor claims, employee claims and government claims may become claims against the estate of IMSC so long as you have filed a proof of claim form with the Receiver. What are the deadlines for filing a claim?
The Receiver's deadline for filing a claim against the estate of IMSC is February 28, 2011.
How do I obtain a proof of claim form?
On December 16, 2010, the Receiver mailed proof of claim forms to individuals and entities that the Receiver identified as having a possible claim in the IMSC estate. If you did not receive a proof of claim form and have a claim you would like considered, please make a request for a proof of claim form by completing the "Contact Us" form.
