To submit or obtain a Receivership Employment Application, either:
1. Come to the Insurance Receiver's Human Resources office located in the Alexander Building at 2020 Capital Circle SE, Suite 320, Tallahassee, Florida 32301.
or
2. Call (850) 413-4546 to have an application sent via e-mail, regular mail or fax.
or
3. E-mail us at rehab.hr@fldfs.com
or
4. If you have Adobe Acrobat, you can download our employment application by selecting the "APPLICATION DOWNLOAD" link below. The employment application can be filled out within Acrobat by clicking in a field and typing your information. After you have completed the application you must print, sign and submit the application as instructed below.
NOTES:
1. Completed Receivership applications can be hand-delivered to the address indicated above or submitted by mail to Human Resources at P.O. Box 110, Tallahassee, FL 32302-0110. In order to be considered, submissions by mail must be post-marked by the application deadline. If you require an accommodation due to a disability in order to participate in the application/selection process, please notify Human Resources in advance.
