By court order, all in-force policies of Aries Insurance Company were cancelled at 11:59 p.m. on December 14, 2002, with the following exceptions:

• Policies with a normal expiration date prior to 11:59 p.m. on December 14, 2002, were cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
• Policies that were cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to 11:59 p.m. on December 14, 2002, were cancelled as of the earlier time and date.
