Policy and Coverage Information - The Exotic Warranty Company ("Exotic")

I previously purchased one or more motor vehicle service agreements from The Exotic Warranty Company. What is the current status of my warranty?

Pursuant to the terms of the liquidation order and Section 631.252, Florida Statutes, your warranty coverage with Exotic was cancelled on April 12, 2006 unless cancelled at an earlier date. Policies with a normal expiration date prior to April 12, 2006 or those policies that are cancelled for non-payment of premium prior to April 12, 2006 shall stand cancelled as of the earlier date and time.
