Dear Fellow Floridian:

I cherish the time that this holiday season affords us and remember the simple joys in life. It’s easy to get caught up in the last minute shopping, party invitations and traveling. But the holidays are a time for celebrating the blessings that we have, in spite of the chaos of the season.

We are reminded of the blessings that our friends and family provide us and the happiness we bring to other’s lives.

As we gather with our loved ones this month for whatever tradition you may celebrate, there is a different feeling in the air and in our hearts. We are reminded of what is truly important: love for our family and friends and that giving brings more joy than receiving.
