Specific card sponsor information will be available near the end of April on the CMS Website at http://www.medicare.gov - click on Prescription Drugs and Other Assistance Programs (PDAP). After answering a few questions to narrow down financial options and card sponsors, consumers will be able to compare drug prices for each card. Once a specific drug is entered into the system, the comparison tool will pull up all card sponsors covering that medication. For individuals not able to access the Internet website for price comparison, call 1-800 MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) for assistance.
