The Office of the Insurance Consumer Advocate encourages Floridians to be aware of their rights as insurance consumers. Thus, the Office is providing three Consumer Notices of Rights which summarize consumers’ rights under Florida Statutes and the Florida Administrative Code. The three areas that will be addressed below are auto, property and health insurance.
