Senate Bill 1152. The Rules Committee of the Board will meet Sept. 23, and Oct.
14, 2010, at the Alexander BldG., in Tallahassee, to consider same.

CHANGE OF LOCATION FORMS — RELATED RULEMAKING
The Division of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services has initiated
rule making to adopt three change of location forms regarding funeral
establishments, direct disposal establishments, and cinerator

MONUMENT INSTALLATION RULE GOING TO OCT. 1, 2008 BOARD MEETING
The proposed amendments to rule 69K-12.001, Installation of
Monuments, which were preliminarily scheduled for presentation to the
Board at its Sept. 3, 2008 teleconference meeting, have been rescheduled
to come before the Board at the Board’s Oct. 1, 2008 in-person meeting.
