The Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Agent and Agency Services, advises that it is currently performing system upgrades, which include the MyProfile system.
Some applications are unavailable and may prevent you from accessing your MyProfile account or completing certain tasks within your account. As we work to increase the efficiencies of our systems, please check back as there will be continuous upgrades being deployed. During these upgrades, if you are unable to complete a transaction that may result in a late or penalty fee, you will not be charged with these fees.
