"MyProfile" is your interface with the Florida Department of Financial Services' Division of Agent and Agency Services. Your account is tailored to you. It's your licensing and compliance, at your convenience.

MyProfile Activities

What can one do through MyProfile? Click below to read the specific licensure maintenance activities available to you via MyProfile:

Individual
  • Apply for an agent or adjuster license
  • Apply for a re-examination (bail bond applicants)
  • Print a license
  • Print a Letter of Certification (must have a valid license) and/or
    a Letter of Clearance (cannot hold a valid license)
  • Verify the name we have on file
  • Verify or change an address or email address
  • View applications applied for in the last 6 months
  • View messages sent from the department
  • View deficiency information on a pending application
  • View active license(s)
  • View active or terminated appointment(s)
  • View the CE status, CE course transcript, and search for courses
  • Terminate a license(s)
  • Terminate an appointment(s)
  • Access your appointing entity account in eAppoint (if you are submitting appointments)
Insurance Agency
  • Apply for an agency license
  • Print a license
  • Print a Letter of Certification (must have a valid license)
  • Verify the name we have on file for the agency
  • Verify or change an address or email address
  • View applications applied for in the last 6 months
  • View messages sent from the department
  • View deficiency information on a pending application
  • View active license
  • Add/Remove/Edit a branch location
  • Add/Terminate Agent-In-Charge (AIC)
  • Add/Remove/Edit all owners or officers
  • Access your appointing entity account in eAppoint (if you are submitting appointments)
Business Entity/Title Agency
  • Apply for a Business Entity/Title (FIRM) license
  • Apply(Add)/Remove/Edit a branch location (after Parent license issuance)
  • Print a license
  • Print a Letter of Certification (must have a valid license)
  • Verify the name we have on file for the agency
  • Verify or change an address or email address
  • View applications applied for in the last 6 months
  • View messages sent from the department
  • View deficiency information on a pending application
  • View active license
  • Access your appointing entity account in eAppoint (if you are submitting appointments)
Appointing Entity
  • Verify the name we have on file
  • Verify or change an address or email address
  • View the appointing entity number
  • View appointment messages sent from the department
  • Check CE status of appointed licensees
  • Access your appointing entity account in eAppoint
  • Apply for Emergency Adjuster license
Provider (Education)
  • Apply to be a new provider
  • Apply for a new provider type and class (TYCL) line of authority
  • Apply for an instructor
  • Apply for a new course
  • Apply for a new offering
  • Add/Remove/Edit contacts and officers
  • Upload a course roster
  • Change the demographics of the provider profile
  • Review DFS messages and respond
Instructor
  • Apply as an instructor
  • Apply for a new type and class (TYCL) line of authority

The Education Database

The education database is part of the MyProfile application and delivers information on Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education requirements. Logging in is not necessary for this.
