The Division of Information Systems Help Desk provides service support for the state agency accounting system, Florida Accounting and Information Resource System (FLAIR.) including: Earning Statements, Information Warehouse, Report Distribution, system status, processing and scheduling, and component help.

If you are an DFS agency employee, contact your division Information Resource Management Advisory Group (IRMAG) representative to submit a service request to the DIS Help Desk.
All other state agency employees must contact their Access Control Custodian (ACC); normally in the agency accounting office, to obtain access.
