"eAppoint" is a new electronic appointment form for new appointments, appointment terminations and the renewal of appointments located on the web at https://iportal.fldfs.com/eappoint/.

2. How do I register to become an appointing entity on "eAppoint" under my individual name or business name?

If you are a licensed general lines agent who wishes to appoint customer service representatives or limited customer service representatives or a licensed adjuster who wishes to appoint yourself or other limited lines adjuster, select Register to Become an Appointing Entity.
