How to Submit an Instructor Application

  1. Go to MyProfile at https://dice.fldfs.com/public/pb_index.aspx.
  2. Select "Create Account".
  3. Select "Instructor" on the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter current instructor ID and Date of Birth, if applicable, or select "New Instructor Application".
  5. Follow screen prompts to complete the application.
  6. Submit the application.
  7. Submit an electronic copy of your resume to Education@MyFloridaCFO.com with your name in the subject line.

Note: For Continuing Education you must meet at least two of the requirements listed on the application, and for Pre-licensing you may or may not have qualification requirements.
