COMPTROLLER'S MEMORANDUM NO. 02 (2000-2001)

SUBJECT: NEW OBJECT CODE FOR REGISTRATION FEES

The following new object code has been established for processing transactions regarding registration fees with no associated travel expenses.

4618 Registration Fee With No Travel Expenses

The new object code should be used for all registration fees when no travel expenses will be incurred. If travel expenses will be incurred in addition to the registration fee, the travel object code, 26xx, should be used for the registration fee and the travel expenses.

Agencies may begin using the new registration fee object code immediately or may elect to wait until July 1, 2001.
