ELIMINATION OF ANNUAL CERTIFICATION PURSUANT
TO SECTION 215.422(9), FLORIDA STATUTES |
This is a reminder that agencies and the judicial branch are no longer
required to certify to the Comptroller's Office their compliance with
the requirements of Section 215.422(9), Florida Statutes. This certification
was previously required by February 1st of each year. The remaining
requirements of this section of law relating to position descriptions
remain unchanged.
