FLAIR SYSTEM UPDATE |
We are continuing to work with IBM on resolving a system problem
that prevents FLAIR from being operational today. IBM believes they
have a fix for the problem, and it is being applied now. It will take
several hours, to be sure the fix works, verify the integrity of data
affected, and restore any data that might have been damaged. FLAIR will
not be available to the agencies this weekend. It is anticipated FLAIR
will be operational Monday, August 9th.
The FLAIR Help Desk phone numbers will contain recorded messages
this weekend to update you as to the availability of the system. The
Help Desk phone numbers are 410-9340 and 210-9340.
