SUCCESSFUL FISCAL YEAR END CLOSE OUT |
Thanks to everyone's cooperation, we were able to close out the central
accounting system for fiscal year end 1997-98 in record time. The successful
closing was due mainly to the state agencies monitoring their accounts
for atypical balances, sending vouchers to our office in a timely manner,
and not requesting manually prepared vouchers on the last day of the
year. Your cooperation was greatly appreciated!
