Distribution of Expense Warrant Register |
Effective October 1, 2000 the Expense Warrant Registers will no longer
be distributed through the Transmittal Section. Instead, they will be made
available on the Report Distribution System (RDS).
Each agency must set up a Central Accounting form ID "xx4W" (where "xx"
represents the agency unique identifier) in the Report Distribution System
in order to receive the Expense Warrant Registers.
The respective agency RDS Administrators should know what their agency
unique ID is. The reports (registers) are identified as the "4W" in case
any agency has a question about it. Examples of the unique "xx" identifier
are:
