Class C Travel Reimbursements for Hurricane
Relief Employees |
This is to inform agencies that we have scheduled two additional
Class C payrolls in November 2004 for hurricane relief efforts. The
updated Class C payroll schedule follows:

We previously scheduled five Class C payrolls with the last one being
processed on 10/27/04. Other pertinent information follows:
Agencies should refer to the Bureau of State Payrolls Preparation
Manual, Volume IV, Section 9, for processing procedures.
Additional Class C payrolls will be scheduled if needed.
Please maintain appropriate documentation of all payments for future
audit purposes.
This memorandum is an amendment to Agency Addressed Memorandum No.
02, 2004-2005, dated August 24, 2004.
